Why choral reading? 

For learning, performance and enjoyment! Also, if you have a large group, it enables everyone to participate. Those less confident, won't feel as conspicuous if they're reading with so many others.

You may wish to have all students read a repetitive phrase while the teacher narrates the text or you may assign groups to be responsible for different parts. 

Great for assemblies. Some of the books below can reinforce positive traits such as diligence or perseverance, others are just for fun!

You can produce a PowerPoint presentation to display the book and the lines. Otherwise, some simple pictures, props and cue cards should do.
