⭐ Drink 6-8 glasses of liquids each day
⭐ Eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables
⭐ Avoid eating too much junk food,
fatty food and fried food
⭐ Avoid foods high in salt & sugar
⭐ Keep your fingernails short and clean
⭐ Take a bath and change your clothes
every day
⭐ Wash your hair regularly and brush it
every day.
⭐ Keep your home clean and tidy
⭐ Wash your hands before eating & after
going to the toilet
⭐ Brush your teeth in the morning and
before going to bed
⭐ Cover your mouth and nose when
coughing or sneezing
⭐ Get enough sleep. Children aged 6-11
need between 9 & 11 hours of sleep each
night.
⭐ Eat breakfast every morning.
⭐ Put your things away.
⭐ Keep active: do exercise, read, play board
games or have family time. Spend less
time in front of a screen.
⭐ See a doctor once a year for a checkup
⭐ Go to the dentist once a year for a checkup
